A diversity of cultures, a variety of continental cuisines and a colorful display of gymnastics; a complete package or maybe just a good source of enjoyment. It all took place in the carnival arranged after a lot of hard work done by our school's administration. The students as well as the teachers both actively participated in this event. Young children and different families were invited to seek entertainment.

The arrangements were done by the host team which was made two weeks before the event took place. The host team invited various food chains, local designers, famous chefs, young artists and teams of gymnastics. The main reason behind putting up the fierce wheels, trampolines and stalls was just a way to raise funds to remove illiteracy among the street kids.

Open mic and gymnastics took the event to new heights. The anticipated competitors of gymnastics were appreciated by the ecstatic audience. A surprisingly well conducted stand up comedy stole the show. The witty dialogues between the comedians recharged the audience entirely.

The young children were kept busy by the things of their interest. Cartoon characters like Cookie Monster, Winnie the Pooh and Barney were a great company to the young ones. Face painting and gaming stalls were loved by all the children.

For women, a couple of displays were put on. These stalls had jewellery and clothes promoting the Pakistani culture. The local designers were there to sell not just elegant but recherché cultural dresses.

These types of events should be organized more, as the students as well as the families are reunited and spend a good time. They learn about the different cultures and enjoy the performances.

Most of all the carnival was successful in achieving it's aim and so it raised funds and helped the street kids all around the city.
